Yes, all items are carefully inspected and authenticated before they are listed for sale in the shop.

- How fast does my order ship?
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Check your email for your tracking number so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep!
- Can I reserve an item to buy later?
The only way to reserve an item is to use the Payment Plan option. The item is reserved after an initial payment of 20% of the full price has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable. Read about how this layaway payment plan service works here.
- How will my order be packed and shipped?
All orders are packed with love and care and shipped with priority shipping in boxes to make sure they arrive safely and that no bag will lose its shape on its way to you. Please note that we reuse boxes and packing materials to save on waste and be kinder to the environment! You can read more about our shipping policy here.
- How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with tracked priority shipping. Check your email for your tracking number.
- Can you authenticate my bag for me?
We currently offer an authentication service for Coach bags only, but will
potentially be expanding to other brands in the future. Read more about the
