Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the returns process has been initiated.
No returns are offered on any custom made / customized or personalized items, so please keep this in mind when placing your order for one of these. Once the order is placed, the item is yours and no refund will be issued should you change your mind.
To initiate the returns process, please read the full returns and refunds policy and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and receipt or proof of purchase and let us know which items you would like to return before shipping the item back to us. You can also use the form on the "Contact Us" page.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
International returns: If international buyers choose to return an item, Essex Fashion House is not responsible for refunding any duty/customs charges you may have incurred for receiving the package in your country. Please also note that if you are returning from a different country, you are responsible for filling out the appropriate customs forms required. The item should be marked as a return. Any extra charges applied to the item being returned due to customs forms being incorrectly filled out by the customer will be deducted from the refund. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the package is declined by the customer at point of delivery resulting in it being returned to sender, you will still be responsible for paying for the return shipping. The price of this will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75/£75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
