Shipping Policy

We dispatch your items within 3 business days of your order being placed.

All orders are shipped tracked. Check your email for tracking number so you can follow your item all the way to your doorstep!

Everything is packed with love and care and shipped in boxes to ensure your new fashion item will arrive safe and sound without losing its shape.

Please note that we reuse boxes and packing material to reduce waste, so you might receive your item in a box that previously held a KitchenAid mixer or a pair of shoes etc, but we ensure that all packing material and boxes are clean and fit for purpose. This saves on waste and is better for the environment!

International buyers:

• All items are shipped from the UK and may incur customs or duty charges when arriving in another country. It is the buyer's responsibility to research the customs and duty / import charges that orders may incur for the country they wish the item shipped to. The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs or duty charges that may be charged. These charges will not be refunded by Essex Fashion House under any circumstances and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
