This is a gorgeous Versace Vanitas Athena bag in an amazing limited edition featuring beautiful Baroque print on velvet/velour with leopard details. It has smooth black leather trim and gold tone hardware. It features the gorgeous Medusa tassel charm which is detachable. This bag consists of a large main compartment with double zippers and a small zipped pocket and two small open pockets inside. This bag is a really good size and very spaicous. It carries comfortably in the nook of your arm or as a handbag. It also has metal loops by the handles to attach a long strap however this does not come with the bag. The thick leather handles make this a comfortable carry and the greek key details on the zipper pulls and handles gives the bag that classic Versace luxury feel. The inner lining is soft black satin.
As this is an older model from around 2011, the bag does not feature the Certilogo tag as this is something Versace started using later on. Inside the bag, you will find the Versace plaque and you will find the same embossed on the back of the medusa charm.
This bag is pre-loved but is in great condition. It has some marks here and there on the leather and some wear to hardware, corners and handles however, the wear on the handles is on the underside and is not noticeable at all when carrying. Overall, this is a pre-loved bag that has been well taken care of. This model was a limited edition and does not show up for sale very often. The RRP of this bag is estimated to be over £2500.
