This is a vintage Coach bag which, based on the format of the serial number on the creed patch, should be from the 1980s. In the 80s, the serial number format of Coach bags were 4 digits followed by 3 digits and they were actual serial numbers, meaning each bag had their own specific numbers. The numbers had no meaning but were simply just a specific number assigned to the specific bag. It is made in the United States and has that classic Coach look to it with its rich black and brown colors and the simplicity of the design. The hardware is brass and it has four feet to protect the bottom. The zipper is brown plastic. It can be carried as a handbag or in the nook of your arm.
Inside, you will find the Coach creed patch with the serial number of the bag and information about the material and a statement saying that this bag was made in the United States. It has a brown leather Coach hangtag.
This bag is in great condition with a few scratches here and there and just a little bit of wear on the bottom and corners, but nothing more than just normal wear. It looks amazing for its age! The leather still looks and feels healthy and soft.
